Delivery of Services
Technosphere Solutions primarily delivers digital licenses, software keys, and IT services electronically via email or secure portals. Delivery timelines are communicated during order confirmation.
Shipping Policy
- E-licenses are delivered electronically through e-mail.
- Physical deliveries (if applicable) will be shipped within the time specified in the purchase order.
- Shipping costs (if any) will be included in the invoice.
Returns and Refunds
Returns: Due to the nature of digital licenses and services, returns are not applicable once the license key or service activation details have been delivered.
Refunds: may be issued only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Non-delivery due to technical issues verified by Technosphere Solutions.
All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7-10 business days of purchase.
